When you call the surgery to make an appointment, our reception team will ask you why you need to be seen; this way they can ensure that they are making an appointment with the most appropriate healthcare professional.
This is not a case of the receptionist being nosey and any information given by you is strictly confidential. However if you feel you do not want to disclose this information then we will respect your decision.
