Repeat Prescription Ordering

We stopped accepting telephone requests several years ago due to concerns about the safety of this process. We have allowed this over the past few months, as a temporary measure but we have now reverted to our usual practice.
Please use Patient Access or the NHS APP and order your medication online.(The Reception Staff can help you with this)
Alternatively, use the external letterbox to drop in your prescription order (use the printed medication list issued with your prescription and clearly mark which items you wish to order).

New Government Rules on Face Coverings
We are aware that some patients might be understandably anxious about the Government's recent announcements around the use of face coverings in various public settings.
Please Note: GPs ARE NOT IN A POSITION TO CARRY OUT INDIVIDUAL RISK ASSESSMENTS OR PROVIDE LETTERS OR CERTIFICATES FOR PATIENTS WHO FEEL THEY SHOULD BE EXEMPT FROM WEARING A FACE COVERING.
The Government guidance on exemptions suggests there is no requirement for evidence for exemption, therefore it is sufficient for an individual to self-declare this.
Please look at the follwoing website for further information & guidance: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-safer-travel-guidance-for-passengers#face-coverings
and the attached Exemptions list (link below)
NHS DIABETES ADVICE HELPLINE
NHS England and NHS Improvement have launched a new helpline in response to disruption to normal diabetes services due to the COVID-19 pandemic and response.
The service is for adults living with diabetes who use insulin to manage their condition and require immediate clinical advice.
Whether you or a member of your household have caught the virus, or routine care has been disrupted, the helpline is available for immediate clinical advice to help you understand how to effectively manage their diabetes.
You can access NHS Diabetes Advice via Diabetes UK’s support line on 0345 123 239
Named Accountable GP
Practices are required to allocate all patients a named GP who is nominally responsible for your overall care in the Practice. If you wish to know who is your named GP, please ask at Reception. If you wish your named GP to be changed, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate this.
Please note - patients are not restricted to seeing their named GP and can see any of the GPs in the Practice.
