Register as New Patient

If you live in our Practice area and would like to register with us, you will need to complete a registration form -please ask at the Reception desk. The receptionist will give you details of the registration process.

The Stillington area includes those living North of the A66 to the A689, West to Mordon, Newton Ketton and Sadberge, East to Wynyard Park and South to the North West outskirts of Stockton.

Change of Details

Please let us know if you move house so we can update your records. If you move out of the practice area it will be necessary for you to find another Doctor. If you change your telephone number please inform the Surgery of your new number as soon as possible.

Non-English Speakers

Disabled Patient Facilities

The Surgery is equipped with disabled access doorways and toilet facilities. There is a designated disabled parking bay in the main parking area.
